I did not watch the others because I am not a batman fan, I actually hate batman. However, this movie is amazing and I know many people that loved it even though they are not a fan of the batman series too. It have a great story on how corrupted and cruel the world can be that it turned a man with dreams, into an evil villain. It's nice overall and I think you should drop everything you are doing and go watch it right now.
