We’re introducing GPT‑6 Astra, the world’s most intelligent and aligned model.

GPT‑6 Astra brings together years of research and big bets across pre-training, reinforcement learning, and alignment. Astra is state-of-the-art on computer use, browsing, software engineering, cybersecurity, science, and professional work. Astra saturates FrontierMath Tier 4 with a 98% score, having already helped solve long-standing open problems in mathematics. Astra also saturates ARC-AGI-3 with a 99.9% score and ExploitBench with a 100% score. It also sets a new frontier on computer and browser use, handling the most demanding professional work with unmatched speed, accuracy, and judgment.

GPT‑6 Astra is rolling out today to a limited set of organizations and over the coming days will become available to all ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise users, as well as through the OpenAI API, Microsoft Azure, and AWS Bedrock.

With the improvements in coding, browsing, and computer use, how do you think Astra will actually change the way you work day to day? Are there any tasks you currently have to do yourself that you expect to hand off to it?

Yes, thats the sad truth. We are already witnessing the AI & agentic era unfold very quickly .

So all these "users" have somehow already handed over all their data to chatgpt/openai.
Or that what we need to do to use it to it's full potential
It still lags behind Claude on third-party benchmarks sites.

Also, why do I get the feeling that this post and some replies below are PR? Did they infiltrate BHW too? Haha

Many of my friends are giving complete access to their PCs to Google antigravity and are bragging about how it can handle tasks with little input. Now chatgpt can get direct access to sensitive data of most businesses. We just need to wait for AI to create & run businesses.

Gave come access to their pc. Hahaha. Thats another way to screw yourself. I completely forgot.
Like the new way to screw yourself is to give completely access to your data, social media, email etc via mobile phone.
Giving complete access to pc, now thats the old school way.

Meta employees protested because their PCs had a surveillance tool disguised as AI training/assistant.

And now people are willingly installing such things on their PCs.

People don't mind having Alexa in their house, so why not hook your comp up to a chatbot and let it have full access? What is the worst that could happen...

Doubt i will ever use astra for anything.

I think the real test is how well Astra can handle a full task on its own if it need very little help that would be impressive.

the trailer kinda pissed me off ngl and made me feel meh about it overall before i even got to try it.

I always say this on the forum.

Invest your money in energy, food, agriculture, land, and clean water resources.

Because even this place might not exist three years from now :)

I think the problem is these resources are limited that's why not everyone can own it even though these are the only investments I would consider legit.

Most people can't afford buying land which is needed for everything including energy, food, agriculture. In India, most politicians have taken over the most farm land even going as far to kill farmers to take over their land
