I think the problem is these resources are limited that's why not everyone can own it even though these are the only investments I would consider legit.

Most people can't afford buying land which is needed for everything including energy, food, agriculture. In India, most politicians have taken over the most farm land even going as far to kill farmers to take over their land

I definitely agree, but there’s nothing we can do about it. People can live without using a SaaS, but they can’t live without eating.
