I always say this on the forum.

Invest your money in energy, food, agriculture, land, and clean water resources.

Because even this place might not exist three years from now

I think the problem is these resources are limited that's why not everyone can own it even though these are the only investments I would consider legit.

Most people can't afford buying land which is needed for everything including energy, food, agriculture. In India, most politicians have taken over the most farm land even going as far to kill farmers to take over their land
