Very innovative idea! Im more interested in it in terms of getting unique content, rather than for AC.

How is this different from the poetry contest scam?
I had thought about doing this a while back, but, figured those that write probably know about it because it has been scattered all over the net. Although, I guess there's a sucker born every minute.
Here is my question, what would your method be to make the contest look legit. Are you slapping up a fake website? I'd like to here the various methods for BHW members of your ideas on how you will "wheel" the writers in.

Thinking of doing this and pay the winner $10-$50.
Like, for just 500-People with 1-article each;
gets 500 unique article
Posting 500 Unique article over a period of 2-month get a very high Google/Yahoo ranking.
and Investment on My part (If I simply follow this) Just, $10-$50 for 500 or more unique article (Of course for my Niche site).
Many things comes in my mind,

All in all this is a great Idea . You can actually even expand on this idea to make even more money .
Also instead of Ac you could actually throw up a website throw up adsense throw up articles and get even more money.
AC is only fast money now . while adsense if the articles are good should keep you with some money years from now .

I've never been good at getting adsense from articles, or traffic for that matter, which is why i chose AC as the quick money method. Could be expanded for anything, make an essay contest about living with cancer, setup a cancer site, essays about anything could work (BTW I'd give the cancer winner a prize or you'll die a horrible death)

Why not do it at GAF? put a feature listing and you will have a lot of people doing it for you.
Works good if you send an email to every single student at your university as well. My uni has it enabled so I can send an email to every single student which makes this system kinda sweet but I donno if AC pays for each article and how much?

This is great idea, but i can't think of any way i could market this on internet to the right people.
And the last thing you would want to do with those articles if you manage a way to get them, is to sell them to AC or any similar companies. Best thing you can do is use them for yourself in numerous ways.

lol this is really a good method with LOTS of potential, i will be sure to post my results. Now on to some forums

Hi. I'm looking for someone to rrewrite articles for me. They must be at least 400 words each. $0.50-$1.00 per article on popular content.
Great idea, I'm setting up flyers/email for my college now. Maybe I'll have my brothers and sisters submit it to their colleges and I can have 1000's of potential essays. Hopefully I can think of good incentives to make people participate.
