2. depends on what you select at setup - it can be CPM or CPC and the rate depends on your targeting and the competiition

Answer to your 1st question is - Yes, you can use FB audience network on your site to monetize the traffic.
Answer to your 2nd question is - FB pays on impressions. The rates differ as per the country from where the traffic is received. It is quite difficult to know exactly how much FB would pay per 1000 impressions. For US/UK you can expect anywhere between $0.50 to $1.00 for 1000 impressions
