Asking About Best Affiliate Network

Hi, Im new in BHW
I want to be a successful Affiliate Publisher & outsourcing is my hobby.
I want to do CPA. My interest is to promote Job & Credit Score Offer.
I got 2 network who hv this offer.

1. ADSMEDIA
2. CONVERT2MEDIA

But i dont know about them very much. If here any one who working with them please give me some advice about them.
they are good/bad, well paying or not.

please help me.
If you know about more batter network please suggest me.

Convert2Media is a great network, Steve is a good guy but they only except experienced publishers...so make sure you know what you're doing. Never heard of the other network.
