Hi BHW-
I hope someone could help out and hope you don't think
this is a stupid question...
I have a question about doing research
for a health and fitness/fat loss related ebook.
Yes, I do use google search box for some references
but want find ways to refine my searches
Where can I find free, reputable, online sources on health/fitness/medical but has proven, science-based references from, say, a University etc for my ebook besides doing a standard "google search".
You know, when you talk about an idea or sub-topic and follow it up with something like "According to University of Chicago, blah, blah, blah..."
I've been using resources to back up claims from sites like mayoclincdotcom, nihdotgov but am looking for others respected health/fitness/medical resources and ideas out there... and for free of course.
I would like find a way to sift through the quack sites and find some solid
resources with actual research
Thanks to anyone that can point me to the right direction or simple give me more ideas.
