[Ask] Ranker X find custom new list

Hi everyone, I am new to Ranker X.

The list of links they provide has been lost a lot. (Share in Sheet Google is 1600 link but in tools only have 900 alive and rate 650/900 sucess)

How do find new list for Ranker X and can show me how to use Ranker X in combination with GSA effectively.

Their supporter, when asked about all issues, didn't answer customers and didn't support except for questions about buying Ranker X. ? (Why is there such a support type)

I heard from a lot of people in Vietnam that the support team and the software development team left their jobs. Only 1 2 people left to maintain. ? Is this software dead?

I'm not sure but if support is that badly-reviewed they wouldn't even be on my consideration list.

I am following similar questions minus support issue. I had a problem and I was able to get someone to review my issue....so I was okay with that...not very detailed, but what would you expect from a tool like this...??? They probably don't want to spell out everything...
