[ASK] No Follow link

Hello, Black Hat World..
I'm newbie here and so do my SEO experience that's why i decide to join this forum for making progress on my website. It would be glad if anyone could help me..

Here is my question:

The site i run right now is having trouble to showing up on google page and i though it because i have so many no follow link on to my sites.. I'm using Majestic to check up my Trust and Citation Flow, it have average result both Trust ( 21 ) and Citation ( 30 ).

Then my Follow link is about 3000+ and No Follow link is about 7000+, the total sum external link is 11.000+

I just want to know if no follow link is affect to my sites..

This question is might be asked by someone else in this forum but i already try to search but i don't see one like this question, thanks before and sorry for my bad english..

what is the quality of your backlinks, spam links hurt more than they help.

i've got about 5500++ spam link but i've disavowed them already using google webmasters month ago.. but right now i can see that spam link still linked to my sites
