Since you started advertising and at an initial level you got the break even, i consider this a good result so far. If you optimize your campaign, and keep running you might get good results with high conversion rate.

Yes, you can import your Google ads campaign to Bing and run the same offer. Make sure you are tracking the result of both. Do edit your keyword bids in Bing and set the network you want to target. Bing automatically select all network so do change it before you start running the campaign.

This is interesting... You use long tail kws exact or phrase i suppose? But you also need to optimize your ad copy for those long tails, am i right? To get better quality score...
But still... Is somebody offers let's say a dollar for some broad kw and you offer 10 cents for a long tail... Can you still win this auction?

For phrase match, you can get cheap leads for long tail keywords but this doesn't work for exact match keyword.
You need to optimize your ad, based on keyword and landing page OR optimize landing page based on ad and keyword to improve the keyword QS.
Winning an auction depends on various factors and not just the match type of keywords. So how you structure your campaign lets you win the auction..

I'm using Microsoft intelligent tool to find keywords and when running a campaign for CPA. I get clicks on keywords. Some broad, phrase and exact. Many keywords dont get anything at all.

To increase the traffic, you can also use broad match modifier and increase the spend.
