Good Morning. To clarify. There are many VCC providers (don't DM me), and they charge.
Before that, you could self-regulate in various countries (I will not name them) with a limited amount spent; after that, KYC is needed.
Spotify, Netflix, Deezer, Disney, Steam, etc. = Everything possible with VCC.
The same goes for some services that have not fixed their prices in USD for all countries; You could use VPN+CC+ Any Address from a Certain Country, e.g., Hotel address.
For those who already have a VCC, remember some countries (one was mentioned), such as India, now have strict limitations on paying with them to providers like Netflix.

Here is a little Tip for those who already have a card but are struggling with payment: Open VPN in the country destination, ensure that you are on the login page of Gmail, with the language, etc, translate it via browser to ENG, create an Account, insert Hotel Data, Attach the Card to Payment, and make the payments through Google pay.
But always keep the Exchange Rates in mind. They are not drastically changing every day, but in some months, subscriptions could be much more expensive.
You should check what mcc codes are allowed for these cards, as VCC services often prohibit financial merchants due to their aml policy

That sounds like a scheme to break some of Visa or Mastercard rules, we don't advise to do that, as most of VCC providers prohibit it
For that you most likely need someone who'd provide you with a complete bank account setup, there are services to create a UK LLC as well as some like Lamanche payments who provide you with that
