What's the optimum link strategy for 2019?

The page which i am trying to rank is new and has no authority. The plan was to use Web 2.0 and quality content, also try to drive traffic from quora.
What do you mean by " link pushing" ?

I suggest you to read more about offpage SEO at all - backlinks profile are all links pointed to your site. Web 2.0 are a part of the backlink profile and are used for diversification at all. So let's say:
- PBN links
- Links from niche related sites
- Quality Web 2.0
- Relevant blog comments for some diversity, forum posts, etc.

You need to have H1, h2 and h3 tags on your page - this is a must for good indexing. It also should contain your target keyword and also some of your secondary.
And could you please explain what we’re you trying to say about the homepage, I didn’t get that

Well, not sure if this is the way to describe it.. you have 1000 links pointing to an article outside of your site and you put a link to your site into this article. It can be made in a big chain if you are patient.

I meant this. Because if I inspect element mysite, these two show up as h1 and h2, but I have static page for homepage with 3k word article.

I got 2 questions
- My site is ranked 1400 keywords according to Ahrefs, but mostly on 5+ pages of Google search results. So my site is not getting so much Google traffic. What do I need to do for these results go higher? Higher domain authority? With PBN links?
- I examine longtail keywords difficulty, Ahrefs gives 0-5 KD and indicates "You need 5-10 backlinks to rank in page 1". I tried Web 2.0 links, PBN links or even GSA links. And build backlinks more and more. But couldn't get first page on so many of them. Do I need to build higher authority backlinks?

Do you think it's good to do a redirect from a expired tumblr blog with huge metrics? The tumblr blogs had only images so the relevancy will be neutral or am I wrong? Or should I add 3-4 articles relevant to my site and after their indexing do a redirect?

I have a website which was hit by the Medic penalty (no penalty showing in webmaster). But the rankings got lost COMPLETELY.

There are many questions to answer, stating now
Google index request which is located in webmaster tools is pretty good. But I don’t use it - just waiting for the natural indexation
Is your website WordPress? If so, try using caching, minify the code and use lazy load. The Autoopitimze plugin is not bad at all. Not many sites have good metrics in Pingdom though..you will need some programming skills to enter it
