When it comes to spying on diet/muscle/skin landing pages, I see:

1.lifestyle farticles
2.Fake blog personal story (rare now)
3.news-like farticles
4."take a survey about your browser and get a free gift"
5."Answer these questions to see which product is right for you"
6.product review / comparison table

And that's it. All of those (except maybe no. 6) always contain deceptive elements that the FTC probably wouldn't like... Either celeb before and after, photoshopped/surgery patient before and after, or misrepresenting the nature of the offer.

Do you do some completely different style of landing page? Or are you still developing pages that fit into to one of the above 6?

yehhh i know alot of flog and fakes other there **but** still there are affiliates that do very big numbers and everything is legal. when i build my landing page i try to standout from what i see(different angel),
i will give you example of headline for date offer:
1. meet the women of your dreams (no good angel and no catchy headtitle)no standout...
2. how a 28 years old men, found 10 attractive womens just in 1 weeks!! by simple way that hooked his friends .

now if you will say the offer is **free only today with time expires** this is deceptive ok,,,you need to be creative how get around this you can say something like this **today is free..........** nothing wrong with this

another things i see nbc , cnn, logos and they write as seen on,,,,,now if this lie they in problem ok but sometime this true and no problem. but you can say as advertise on nbc cnn and so on with this i dont see any problem.
another example in diet deceptive headline:
1. how x lose y lbs only in 3 weeks----------->>>this kind of headline can do alot of problem ok..
2. (killer) how a 34 years old lady, transformed her body just in 3 weeks!! with very simple way that hooked her husband. here you dont talk about lbs and how much she lose weight ,,,,sound easy quick and no problem with ftc.

and when you create your lander ok .....the upper section(headline+subhedline+picture)and other info for creating wowwww feeling in the visitor then you slowly go to the how the product work the benefits and other stuff..

i will post good post about landers and copy writing skills and with much more info how to build your lander. but now i go to work on some important things but i will post it today

there is always ways to get around ftc and also to standout of others affiliate

When I put in a lander on the similarweb most of the traffic show direct, but I know that my competitors do facebook ads and take most of the traffic/leads from there. How can I spy on these ads?

short - long story one of the affiliates i know has a campaign that do well each day on media buying only from 5 websites but high traffic sites(300-500$)
and when we talked in skype i said to him listen this campaign can do much more , but this affiliate was very skeptical about copy writing and the power of it so he dont put work on copywriting skills ,,so i send him ebook about copy writing(one of the top and i cannot upload this ebook to BHW and there is *reason* for this) and said to him pause the campaign do the changes on the lander(headline and other important elements)+your banners.


ok after several days he send me message on skype that his campaign do him almost 5k each day from the same websitesepsi:
