I see people are using blogging sites to make money by clicking on ads they also have software to monitor the ecpm can u tell me how that business works
 
Lots of possibilities, it could be affiliation by posing as an expert in a niche eg beauty and promote a link affi or they take a % on it, it could be the same thing but promote their own links etc. ... you'd have to be more specific. If you can show me the links you're talking about, I'll tell you straight away.
 
Depends on your niche, for many BH it's more profitable to do clicks because they just want to get cheap clicks in higher volume, on normal things you have to go straight to conversion

For example, in counterfeiting, you might as well go for clicks, since some of the audience will understand that it's scam, so the aim is to get as many clicks and traffic as possible to have a chance of converting, and also because missed conversions are very high, so the cpa is rather low, which means that you'll have a better chance of converting

Half the time it's not an Ads attack, it's just that they've left things like auto created assets on pmax etc... after that, yes, Ads attacks exist in certain niches, but it's really only competitive stuff, because it requires a budget of several hundred euros per month, so it's not available to just anyone.

I’m not the best about adx as I said I’m more focused on Google AdWords and gmc. But as I’m understanding. It might be their new policies about privacy on AdX and Ads that can cause a so brutal drop.

If I can resume if few points
- good proxies
- good vcc
- good landing (cause 80% of manual reviews are because of landing page. Their crawl bot just locate many fraud just because of this).
If you can, ask me more precise question cause here it’s too broad, even a doc of 20 pages wouldn’t even answer perfectly
