[ASK] I need advice for tier 2 backlink

i want to build tier 1 backlink using web 2.0 but
I'm confused as to what tier 2 uses, can you all help me?

Here is my plan:

Tier 1 : web 2.0
Tier 2 : don' have a clue
Tier 3 : blog comment, backlink profile etc

Although I wouldn't suggest web 2.0 in tier 1.

However, if you are using that in tier 1; you can still use web 2.0s for tier 2 as well.

Make sure that the content used for tier 1 is good quality. And the accounts used for both tiers are different.

i sugest, info blog for tier 1, web 2.0 for tier 2, than another web 2.0,profile, comment ,etc for tier 3
