how to count competitors? is there any standart or term?

Your major competitors are on the first page on google.
Secondary competitors are on the second page and so on. You should only worry about the first page(top 10 competitors).
Secondaries can break into top 10 and top 10 competitors can also fade away down the serps.
Most people only worry about the top10, probably the top3 mainly. But that's just my guess.
Read around the forum there are a lot of stuff to learned, use the search bar

Search engine Google itself gives the answer to your question. As said earlier, all search results on google are your competitors, but you should focus on top ten results. I dont know about any other tools.

Semrush is a bit expensive but probably the best service out there.

Finding main competitors is a very important process so you need analyze all information by mind. You need analyze sites manually.
