[ASK] Best wordpress theme for download website,warez,wp templates,plugins etc

Hi;

I am going to make a wordpress powered website, but i am confused about theme.

So i need you suggestion which theme should i use for my warez website in which i will share Wordpress templates, Plugins, Tutorials and etc.

I think Themes should be magazine/Blogging style and it should beautiful as well

The best thing to do is find some similar sites, and try and emulate them.
