Artist for print on demand brand store

I need someone who can make art for clothes (brand store) (photoshop, illustrator, paint, use any software you prefer). I'll let you know my preferences about the design, write a quite detailed description of the design I need, telling you the format and the dimension. I will obv need that you make more than 2-3 revisions if the design doesn't match my needs.

Don't even try to outsource some low-quality gig on Fiverr, I've checked almost them all. I'll ask your portfolio to see some samples because I need an artist, not a random fake "freelancer" that outsources services. Feel free to PM me for more details!
