Articoolo review - How good is it?

Hi,
I came across this articoolo content writing software. I searched for its review and they are positive. Anybody here who have used articoolo? does its generated content is good enough to post for tier 1 or not.

Articoolo finds and scrapes an existing article from god knows where, then runs it through a rewriting process. So, if the source article was well written and has a good, logical flow, the resulting article will be fairly readable and quite usable with a few quick edits. You can preview a few sentences of the article before committing to paying for it.

In general, if the preview makes sense and seems relevant to your topic, the article will be workable for money site or Tier-1 content. If the preview portions read really rough or are off the mark, you don't have to pay for it.
