Don't worry, 100 words article is fine if it give the good info for the visitors.

Don't worry about how many words your article have. Just make sure that you have good quality content and that your recipes stand out from others.

From my experience , I personally have a educational site and i generally write content on various topic and i freely use words as each required. I never put more importance on word counts.
