previous experience.
must speak english.
$1 for 400 words.
please understand SEO & what keyword density % is (2% to 3% needed).

Your requirements make me wonder if you are gathering contents for AC. Try sites like GAF, odesk, dp to get writers at that price.
 
At those prices, try DP and GaF.

$1 pr 400 and you have a list of requirements like that? That's what put me off article writing :-(

Honestly, anyone who wants articles at that price, contact me. I want to launch a few service threads, so the extra cash would be well worth it. Although, you'll need to order at least 50 articles for me to honor that price. So hey, if you're interested, I'm available...and yes, I mean serious business here!

And please, if you do need articles, ask for samples. You won't believe the quality I can offer you at such a low price; you'll wonder where I've been hiding! I will only do this for about 4 to 5 people though. I just need to build up some rapport here, so get in while you can. And to the OP, seriously dude, get in touch when you get a chance!

Dude, that was sarcasm. I wouldn't look at the guy for a $1.00, let alone write a 400 word article. I am still dumbfounded at how he could even ask someone to do that. I currently pay between $5 and $8 per article, depending on quality, and it's just hard for me to understand why anyone with any type of experience, let alone those who do this for a living, would even consider writing 400 words for a buck.

I guess i can provide you at that rate but i won't write them (i always write myself but not in this case) I can guarantee that they will be original but forget SEO and good skills and remember i will not write them, i will get them written and sometimes delays may happen.
 
Actually, I can do it at the $1 price if you allow me to gather information, then use google translate, and swap paragraphs. :]
