Dude, that was sarcasm. I wouldn't look at the guy for a $1.00, let alone write a 400 word article. I am still dumbfounded at how he could even ask someone to do that. I currently pay between $5 and $8 per article, depending on quality, and it's just hard for me to understand why anyone with any type of experience, let alone those who do this for a living, would even consider writing 400 words for a buck.
