What is the best tool to automatically distribute articles throughout the internet?

Do you just want to throw them out there without any kind of structure or are you looking to build an infrastructure with them?

If you want to build a solid infrastructure you do the below:
Using a bunch of web 2.0 properties as well as article directories, build the above with only 1 outbound
link per site.

I'm looking for a program that will allow me to at least semi-automate publishing my articles to ezine, articlebase etc... It is for promotion purposes not only backlinks.

Take a look at Article Marketing Robot. It's a decent product and I believe that might serve your purposes. Also, the owner is a member here and comes off like a pretty decent guy.

Absolutely they do.. that is the only backlinking I use anymore for my sites and they generate an awful lot of targeted traffic from the search engines.
Enough traffic so that my full time occupation is IM as my sites are monetized

I use Article Marketing Robot....I love it....very powerful....(I tend to get 150 + approved articles from every submission in some pretty obscure niches).
My Process:
Find PLR article on a topic...or pull one off ezine.
Use the best spinner to spin the article....copy the spinable article into AMR.
I make sure that all articles, titles, backlinks are in spin format....I wants lots of titles variations, anchor text variation etc
Submit.
I then use the live links function about a week after each submission to get links of all the approved articles.
I then run these through scrape box....in scrape box I have a list I build of auto approved sites...I also build a list of unindexed articles from the above process. I am constantly posting to the aa sites....and getting my AMR articles indexed. Works a treat. I am having to look for new keywords and site ideas all the time because all my existing sites rank top...or very close to it.
