Are YouTube apps against GooglePlay's TOS or Admob's

    I have some ideas for some YouTube android apps that will link to lots of related videos in a niche, but are these against or shunned by GooglePlay and Admob ? I'd rather not risk putting these up if there is a chance they will be removed. I ask because none of the videos I'm linking to would be mine they would be other peoples made videos so that's why im hesitant.
