Are you Vegan?

Well no. You cannot have "balanced diet" without eating at least diary products because there is no plant that will give you vitamin B12 so its either you eat animal products or take pills. So now come explain to me how taking pills instead of eating animal products healthy lifestyle.
As I explained before, vitamin B12 can actually be found in plants, but it lies on the surface because it comes from bacteria. Unfortunately, as we use pesticides, we have to wash our veggies, thus removing the B12.
BTW, we only need 2 µg B12 daily (1 µg = 0,000001 g). Some vegetable sources like algae contain a small amount.

Definitely not, meat too have many benefits and is good for the body. To be healthy you need the Go, Grow and Glow foods and this includes certain meats. Balance is the key.

You can survive on plants, sure, but you're not going to thrive. Where is the omega 3? b12? You're not going to get them from a plant source, you'll have to take a supplement for them whereas, Meat has all the nutrients we need & has no anti-nutrients in it, plants are full of anti-nutrients.
Lol it meant you don't know anything about omega source in veg foods. You can always use flex seeds for that.

And I am vegetarian since from birth, still healthy like others.

I am pure vegetarian.
I think eating meat or green vegetables. Anything is fine but it requires proper exercise to build health

My friend is is https://leahdonatiello.com/ I enjoy some of her recipes and recently discover chick pea flour (currently addicted )

Serano ham is hanging in most bars down here, with a knife to help yourself.

Exactly! I forget the name of the place. Some market in BCN with these meats hanging everywhere. Delicious tho, can't be vegan in Spain.

Not necessarily flax seeds. Pretty much all kinds of seeds, nuts and oils have a lot of omegas, and they are healthier than most fish. Caught fish is polluted and full of mercury, and farmed fish is stuffed with antibiotics and hormones.

I don't mind eating non veg when its tasty.

For b12 you may use pickles and curd as well as your tummy naturally generates it.

And in history there are many famous people who were vegetarian - like Nicola Tesla and Hitler. So it doesn't mean that vegetarian is not healthy and not good for brain.

There is literally vegan super athletes around the planet and I read this comment..
Which is the exception and not the rule.

Being vegan for ethical or religious reasons is understandable, purely for health reasons it's not really.

Lol, the cancer related issue is more in non vegetarian, during covid 19 impact on vegetarian are less than 70 percent according to recent research published in the UK telegraph website.

of course, NO! Meat is the main key to be healthy and strong.
