No doubt crypto space move really fast.
Too many new terms and complex technology out of nowhere. But it equals to more opportunities to make money for us.
Another typical way to make money fast trough crypto is by purchasing ICO(eth) or IDO(polkadot) projects. This is what most whale investors did. They purchased random ICO $0.0x coin. And then sell em all when the coin hit 1x-5x even with zero marketing from the team.
Cause there’s 2 type of earlier stage(coin buyers).
ICO stage(the possibility to make 100-200% profits is higher) VS non-ico stage.
And for non-ico stage the coin maybe will get pump.. but it gonna takes many weeks not to mention higher risk for the project to fail.

As was suggested by others, I don't think we'll be moving towards complete decentralization (and switch to crypto and such) anytime soon

I think that the Web 3.0 is going to change everything.
if you look at the market right now from a Web 2.0 stand point - it is extremely saturated.
It does not matter which app or site you will create; at some point you will get a hit that will affect your business growth due to saturation. All niches are saturated, and all apps are saturated.
Web 3.0 properties are extremely new. most of them decentralized with a potential of community driven projects.
I think that this changes everything. take BHW for example, it is a CEX forum. imagine BHW decentralized :
Running by the community, based on a token. when you get a like = token/whatsoever.
that way you make a high scale community driven forum - where everyone has an interest to growth.
cause the more likes you get on high valued content = the more tokens you earn.
Of course it is easy to say this but hard to implement, but it is something. and the world is flowing to there.
as you can see; Banks and other authorities start to became more transparency with their clients because they realized that there's going to be an alternative, a community driven alternatives.
I also think, that if BHW next version will be Web 3 based they will probably going to kill it. It is challenging change a mind set but it worth it over the long term. take SHIB for example, there is no CEO who decide what will happen. there's a community. for that reason; there's also no one to blame if anything happen.
You see some big names like Dan de silva, Alex backer moving to crypto. all signs are there.
the conclusion is; Leave the ship before it sinks or upgrade you ship to Web 3.0
