According to the instructor at the gym, I'm about 1 point above nominal BMI, which makes me overweight. I feel fine, and aside from a beer gut and a couple extra kg, I don't feel that I'm overweight.

Graduated high school at 140lbs (63kg) at 6' tall (182cm). That was 2008. Graduated college at 200lbs (90kg). That was 2012. Current sitting at 225. I'm not "fat" by any means. People act genuinely surprised when I tell them my weight, and not the feigned fat-guy-sympathy surprised.

My hope is to drop down to 200lbs by the end of 2016, and a solid 185lbs by the end of 2017.

If you have bitch tits then you're not normal.

Bob had bitch tits because he was a juicer.

Don't be a juicer.

Bench 165kg,sub 15% bodyfat, obese on bmi scale, knackered after a couple of flights of stairs.

Which option do I pick?

I stopped eating super and dropped weight instantly without working out. Sugar is evil, people love sugar!

I'm slightly more fit than Ryan Gosling. Just a bit more muscle but a lot more symmetry. He has no outter or lower pecs, they look like boobies. And also no lats or traps. He's gotta a lanky frame to him. I'm much more tight and compact. But also shorter by 6 inches which makes me look bigger than I really am.

'Hardgainer' for life checking in here. Always had trouble putting/keeping weight on. Heaviest I've ever been is 76kg. Currently 70kg at 6ft. Always envied guys who find it easier to 'bulk up'. According to BMI, I am 'healthy', but it's a pretty terrible gauge as it doesn't take into account things like lean muscle mass, bone structure etc.

Hey, how are you doing it, can you tell a little bit.
not op but, I lost 70lb in about 100 days a few years ago. Yes it was too fast, but still was really good progress.

Count calories, depending on how much you weigh have between 1800-2000 a day.

Start to exercise, at the start go for a 15 minute run (Or even up and down the stairs) then slowly build yourself up over a few months. Don't rush anything you will injure yourself.

Weigh yourself every fortnight.

Also get the MyFitnessPal app for counting your calories!

5 foot 10, 250lbs in stupid measurements and most people seem pretty shocked when I tell them I'm that heavy... I don't look that fat but again I wouldn't say I'm thin. Average to chunky...

Both my grand fathers were body builders, one of them did it at a very high level. I have an older brother who is a gym rat and he's pretty ripped. I think I have genetics some gym retards would kill for, I put on muscle quite quickly when doing physical stuff... but I fucking hate doing that manual labour bullshit. I can cope with being mentally drained from a long day working but fuck being mentally drained and then going to a gym to get physically tired also.

I'm ok where I am.
