I was underweight for most of my life, but now I'm in the "normal range".
If only I could get thin, my life's problem would be half.
There is a gym near my house called FatFit.
Dropped to 200
Gained some back
Its always a struggle
Always fit as I do regular Gym.
Hey, how are you doing it, can you tell a little bit.
No matter what I eat, how many times I eat in a day, I can't go above or below 61 +- 2 Kgs and i don't exercise. Genetics? Maybe..
~176 in most cases unless a stress load happens to unbalance my progress.
I was partially underweight in my mid-teens and overweight before that... By all means I maintain it now, I rarely eat across my limits because of rigorous strength exertion.
You go to the gym but don't have a pillow?
Just checked my BMI and looks like my weight is normal.

I'm a couple kgs more than a normal weight for my height. So there is not good answer in poll for me.
Also guys add what measurement you write your numbers because dropped from 300 to 240 if in kgs then man you are not even fat. You are giant

No I'm not overweight. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week, bike on the weekend and take boxing classes. I do a mix of cardio
one day then lift weights the next. I eat healthy 95% of the time and try not to eat anything that's high in sugar.
After sitting on my ass all day doing IM I have to work out in order not to gain weight and stay healthy. But I do take regular walking
and stretching breaks throughout the day.
I am fit only my tummy and I started running in the morning,earlier I had abs but then everything gone

Well, i have 10 kg plus at the moment.
I'm 1.80m and 82 kg, it doesn't reveal too much in itself. I feel myself the most comfortable, when i'm around 70 kg. Once i was 92 kg, then in 2 months i dropped to around 70 kg and i held it for quite some time, but now i'm 82 kg, so i need to lose weight. I'm planning to do it in the next 30 days or so, before the weather gets hot and i need to go out in less clothes lol
Nope. I'm in the 74kg range which is just borderline average weight for my height. There was a point where I was barely 65kg not too long ago.
