Are you happy?

All those symptoms may lead to suicidal tendencies sooner or later, so take steps to bring yourself back to normalcy. Go out and help people. Smile a lot, talk with them, see how they are doing. Become a patient listener. Make a few friends... even a new friend every new day would make you 30 new ones in a month!

Go out and mix with them, go party! Find a good woman who not just understands you, but who also pulls you out of the ditch when required. Don't worry! You'll find a good one if you go mix with others WITH a newly rejuvenated and energetic mind. When you look into the mirror, see a confident and happier person looking back at you. make him your best friend.

See the results and come back in a month's time and report to me how much the life has changed for better! I bet you'll have lots of good things to say at that time! Deal? :)

Re.: money problems? Don't you think money too will be attracted soon in your life if you change into top positive gear now? ;)

Keep Smiling Starting N-O-W (even if you don't feel like doing so)!

lol
I'm not. I feel like life is pointless, no goals worth achieving anymore, unlike 7-8 years ago when I was a newbie on the internet, there was lots of energy, effort, and learning process. But now a days, life is pointless. I feel there is nothing worth getting. I no longer ever feel pump up listening to music, infact, I get irritated listening to even the songs I use to love. I'm not happy. And I don't know what to do with life now. All I know is I got to earn some money, maybe get married and live this pointless life till the end. I use to be an IMer, but now doing something offline. Thanks for reading.

P.S.:
I don't want to suspect that a broken heart has got you down there! It happened to me about 40 years back, and it still makes me -- HAPPY -- because I learned to live with lacks of the worst kinds since then after some years -- OK I admit the years were a lot since "then" lol.

Sometimes, on a hazy dull evening, it comes back to haunt me and brings out some tears, but then too I let them to fall freely while thinking how good but helpless she was even when she had to break a loving heart... She was The Best, and this thought alone make me feel happy again, and of course it immediately rejuvenates me to live the best way I can. I even love to wait to welcome that evening to arrive again... and again, and the newly fallen tears make be feel lot better again!

So if it's the lost love that's sinking you, USE IT to float, and come back into a much better life!

Had a bit of a back throw this month, now it's better.
I just started going back to the gym and hang out with friends more often (Which I had stopped doing this month)
I stayed in my comfort home but actually it was boring as hell! But I felt like having some alone time.
tip: Go outside

Forget the psychologist or psychiatrist. I've seen several therapists/psychologists/psychiatrists because I was trying to find some answers for why I was unhappy. They really have no idea what they're talking about, and they don't give you the answers you NEED to hear (e.g. sleep, exercise, find good work, how to build good relationships, etc.) I used to think there was something wrong with me, but I've finally changed my life habits to the point where I am happy 90% of the time (i sometimes have slumps, but that's part of being human, and at least i'm not depressed 90% of the time).

Well, here's what will set you on the right track:

1. Health:
a. Diet - limit junk/fast food to two meals per week. Eat plenty of tasty fruits, veggies, lean meats, and sometimes brown rice for lunch and dinner. Breakfast? Oatmeal, eggs, and fruit should suffice. Drop the bacon, waffles, syrup, and pancakes (basically, anything with too much fat, sugar, or carbs).
b. Sleep - Sleep is so crucial. Try to sleep at 10 or 11 pm every night and wake up at 7 or 8 am. You feel great when you have the whole day ahead of you. Waking up at noon makes you feel like shite because so much of the day is gone.
c. Exercise - At least 5 times a week, 45 minutes per workout. You'll feel great afterwards. Try to do it in the mornings, if not, then evenings. Do a mix of cardio and weightlifting.

2. Relationships
a. Ditch bad friends. It's so easy to keep around acquaintances just because they're your roommates, colleagues, schoolmates and ignore their flaws. If someone rubs you the wrong way or you have bad chemistry with them, then drop them. If you don't feel comfortable and dread the feeling of being around this person (like someone who criticizes you, acts passive aggressive, selfishly only talks about themselves all the time, one-ups you, uses you), then cut them off immediately. Be ruthless. The people who aren't ruthless are the ones who stay in abusive relationships and get walked all over.
b. Get good friends. How? i) Through shared interests. Be it video games, a hobby, work, meetup.com, etc. ii) Have chemistry with the person. Just because they share an interest with you doesn't mean you'll have chemistry with them. How do you know you have chemistry? I go by this simple rule of thumb: If I'm excited to contact this person or see them, and communication with them is very effortless and enjoyable, then bam, that's a good mate you've got. No need to overthink this one.

3. Work
Do work that you love. Hell, even if that means you need to get a degree and get a job, then that's fine.

When it comes to internet marketing, pick a niche or method that you genuinely enjoy. If you do something just because other people are doing it, then you'll hate yourself. For example, I did SEO because other people did it, and I hated doing it. Even when I was making money, I completely dropped it. Now I do what I'm good at: ad buys, copywriting, and product creation. Keep in mind that this takes a lot of trial and error. I had no idea what my niche or money making method would be until I tried and failed at dozens of things.

Don't get hung up on not being an IMer. Sometimes, you have to wait for ideas to come to you, and then you go into IM full force. Hell, you can even do both IM and work if you enjoy both (and want to keep the social aspect of the office job because if you go fulltime IM, it can be lonely), or you can choose to go fulltime IM when the IM is ready.

The point is, do work that makes you satisfied. The work may be hard and frustrating at times, but it should be something that drives you and leaves you satisfied at the end. If you can find work that you enjoy every single hour of doing, then even better.

4. Invest in yourself through education.

Read non-fiction books, learn about the world, learn how human psychology works, travel, have conversations with people, read books, expand your world view. You'll be a wiser and smarter person and make better judgments in your life that will lead to further happiness down the road.

That's all the advice I have for you, and what has worked for me. I wish this was what psychologists would have told me in order to become happy. Those are the only things you need to become happy. If 90% of the people followed this advice, then they would be happy in their lives, and they wouldn't need to waste their money on psychologists/therapists/psychiatrists (don't get me wrong. psychiatrists are needed for more serious issues like schizophrenia. but most people who go to these doctors don't need their help). Most people who are unhappy are that way because of their poor relationships, their well-being affected by poor health, bad work, or distorted, ignorant world-views that can be cured through education (i'm not talking about school, mind you). Fix those things, and how could you possibly be unhappy?

You seem to be at the lowest point of your life. Same here with me. But that's life. You get pushed around but its all gonna pass. Have a goal and strive towards it.

Happy is a state of mind.
You can choose to be happy or choose to be miserable.
Outer events don't matter :)
