Good evening guys, my brother is about to create a website for adults for that reason he was asking me if they are still profitable and of course what are the best ways to monetize this type of websites. thanks for answering!!!

The adult industry is endless, and will never die. You just have to find your niche/category, that people can't quite easily find it on general sites, or there are not enough videos. So if you have a website that collects this specific category of videos, it makes it easy for those people, and they will keep returning to your site.

You just have to dedicate enough time of your free time to upload videos and at the same time - advertise your site in unique ways where possible.

JK. Adult websites are a goldmine if you can rank them.
 
Adult niche is an evergreen one. Of course, you need your own twists to get it working properly. You could also promote adult toys.

To the OP, adult sites will never ever die as long as there are humans on earth. You just have to get your own unique twists to survive and bank hard!

I know many countries (in Asia) where xxx websites are forbidden by law. You can go to jail if you are watching porn by using proxies/vpn ...

There is a user on this forum who created thread running such sites in Asia and making thousands per month just doing this and taught his family members to do the same.
Yes it's forbidden but it doesn't mean there is no audience for such content. People will find ways to watch even if country law forbids it.
You just have to be extra careful.
