Are videos unique content?

from what i understand Google and the other search engines can see the video they can now transcribe the audio so it doesn't exactly know what your video is "for now" so its relying on your data built into the video.
that is the way i understand it but i might be wrong.
seams like everything i learn is second hand not many people seam to know anything for sure about the videos.
a couple of days ago some one was trying to buy 1m views for around 1k so if anything you could probably pay some one to increase your views

Well, google can transcribe, yes. but if my blogger-blog gets indexed by google after 10 second I send article, and think how huge web is, I dont think even google have that much power to waste.from what i understand Google and the other search engines can see the video they can now transcribe the audio so it doesn't exactly know what your video is "for now" so its relying on your data built into the video.

Videos are(mostly) external links anyway.
I do believe videos are "neutral"
