Are there specific ads/ad networks suitable for long (>15min) user sessions?

Hi everyone, I have a website that has very long user sessions, so the users just stay on one page (but interact with it regularly). Am I forced to just show them one set of ads for that whole session or does the ad network take care of that and rotates them after a while?
