Are there any smm panels with working followers? URGENT

I'm looking for a smm panel with working/stable/fast instagram followers with rates around 1$/1k, if anyone knows, I need to know ASAP, I have been using a few, none of which work.

Instagram just upgrade the hell !!!

Very bad times. You wont find anything stable and fast. You can barely find working services even at 3$/1k.

Saw that smmnet is giving away 100 likes so look into their follow services.

the update is, little has changed since the last insta updates
panels are struggling , some have raised prices, some are
dead, if you see 1 doing a trial , try it, cant hurt.
