There are no issue in buying monetized channels, however check what channel are you buying, we would suggest you to buy monetized channels that are having atleast 3-4 videos with creator presence in those videos. Also buy from trusted sellers.

Correct, if someone admits to botting, or YouTube has direct evidence of them botting, then yes.
But this again in most cases never going to happen, as most people are never going to admit to botting, if they do.

And even if i complain to YouTube that a channel is suspected of botting, i have no way to prove that. maybe i could just be trying to sabotage them as a neg seo tactic.

WRONG, again if this ever happens on YT, it will only be a small minority of cases (just like the small percentage of false positives or statistical anomalies).
Because if this were possible, as you claimed, i can easily get competitors banned (there are competitors making new channels all the time). I have used several small channels and tested them with all different kinds of smm views, ranging from good quality high retention views, to low quality views. And in all cases the fake traffic outweighed the legitimate traffic, and not a single channel got banned. been doing this for years.

if you think that's possible and can be repeated as easily as you claimed, then show me evidence of it. i'll create a bunch of random new channels. ban them for me.
then i'll change my mind.

I will suggest you to create a channel and buy the subscribers and 4K watch hours.
If you bought a channel and if that channel was creted in bulk with same proxy/ same device and if any of the account is suspend from that bulk account creation, then your channel will also affect in someway.

Thats true, Same thing goes for ad clicks I know several people who got their adsense banned.

i dont know about algorithm but it should be tough to connect new audience.

Just keep the old content, and upload your new content on the channel.

not risky than buying from others. If anything wrong then they will not monetise your channel.
However if you add likes, comments, shares, external views and some real google ads views then it will be more safer.
I used to monetise my channels in this way for personal use and never had any problems. That doesn't mean its always safe, you are doing blackhat methods, so there will be always risk.

After the YouTube channel seller has passed the channel to your Adsense account, can they steal the channel back? Proper documents won't always help from nefarious seller and couldn't imagine YouTube will help since it's against their TOS.

Due diligence is nearly the same.

Having said that : websites belong to you. Youtube channels do not. You own nothing on youtube, they can simply nuke a channel because f-u.

Language change can have hug le problems. The current subscribers will unsubscribe because of this.
