If the content changes completely and the language changes, are there any risks, or will it affect the adsense account?

Yes your channel will be banned, you must avoid deleting the content...

I’m into YouTube automation heavily and have bought many monetized accounts.

Just put the videos on private. You can change the language and such. Don’t login on so many different locations as well. This should help.

As long as you don't break any rules of monetizable content it is fine. and do NOT private the videos with watch hours because you will be unmonetized.

Same risks as buying a monetized website on flippa

Is the channel organic? Will it get banned as soon as you buy it? Is the traffic source / subscriber base solid?

Due diligence is nearly the same.

Having said that : websites belong to you. Youtube channels do not. You own nothing on youtube, they can simply nuke a channel because f-u.

Is this operation safe? Have you ever experienced demonetization? In addition, is there any risk in binding my adsense like this? For example, if one adsense is bound to many different channels?
Can I modify the channel name and language style of the purchased channel?

This is indeed true, but now we need to consider the risks if we buy a channel. What should we pay attention to if we must buy one? After all, it is too troublesome to monetize a channel.

The seller can fool you and take channel back. So, ask him to sign proper documents with sale.

If the content changes completely and the language changes
Why would you purchase such a channel then? It will die as soon as you change your niche and language. And reviving a YT channel is pretty difficult.

Buying a channel in your niche & language & carry on with the uploads is different than buying one solely for monetization, those channels you buy are simply farmed & it would be cost effective & assuring if you just farm one yourself !

You can buy monetized channels, but don't delete the content that holds the 4000 watch hours needed for your channel to remain monetized.

If after a period of time, the video is not published and the viewing time is less than 4000 hours, will the monetization be removed?

nope. there is no risk. it may take a while to get views, but eventually you will start getting views(depends on your content).

False. stop lying. not sure if you are spamming.

whether the channel is organic or botted, i don't see it getting banned, unless the content itself is violated some policies. there are plenty of channels out there who bot with zero issues, or smm would be out of business. if botting can get you banned, then it would be so easy to ban all competitors by botting them.

changing niche does not mean that the channel is permanently dead. you can revive it by posting enough. but there are ways to revive faster, example buying a channel with 1M subs in a certain niche, and now changing to a different niche like kids content, so if you pick some kids animation topic that is trending, and livestream it, or upload a video, it will get views very quick due to the "trend effect".
Be careful with the ban
No ban lol.

They can ban your channel for no reason.

Yeah if the botting is never traced back to the channel owner

It can

then it would be so easy to ban all competitors by botting them.

It still works against smaller channels, when the bot traffic overwhelms the organic

Only reason larger channels don't get banned is their legit views overwhelm the fake ones
