Are Telegram Engagement Groups Effective For Growth?

What's the general consensus around here on Telegram engagement groups? Are they useful for gaining organic followers and engagement or will participating in one/some wreck my account? I'd like to know what you all have experienced if you've tried them before.

You can use them for exchanging shoutouts. But I would Not use them to exchange likes, because this is basically the same as fake likes.

Depends on the group quality. There are some groups that have a standard to start working with. eg: 100k followers for entry. Those will be considered as an HQ groups. The free groups can be considered as a low quality likes usually.

Depends on the quality of the group, generally, it may help to grow the group, but I recommend focusing on other methods of promotion, not only that.

I would rather do EG on Instagram groups, not in Telegram.
