No. But you can split campaign in 7 or more days so eventually they will notice it. If they are not connected in that time frame, probably you don't need them, they are not enough engaged to your content anyway.

Depends on your Ad Budget too. Like you can't reach all all your fans in like 10-20$ . Post engagement is kind of Costly by the way.

Depends on the budget but @TZ2011 is right, spread it out over a couple days.
