The accounts you are using are supposed to be disposable since you're using a PV service.
Otherwise, just buy sim cards and have complete access.

Safe? No!! Make sure you have some kind of multi factor auth enabled if you are using these numbers. Your acc could otherwise be stolen in a moment. You never know who is behind a service.
