I’ve been posting videos on a fresh TikTok account. Content is solid, I use trending sounds, good captions, hashtags, everything. But every video gets under 100 views, even after a few days. Is this normal for new accounts now or could it be some kind of shadowban?

Low views on a new account can be tough. It's possible TikTok's algo is slow to pick up your content. Try engaging with other creators, using niche-specific hashtags, and posting consistently. Shadowban's possible if you're violating guidelines, but 'under 100 views' might just be the algo testing your content.

I'm sure a large part of the community would like tips for growing on that platform.
Definitely! Growing on TikTok requires a mix of creativity, consistency, and engagement. Some tips include:

- Using trending sounds and hashtags

- Posting consistently to keep your audience engaged
- Interacting with your followers and other creators
- Utilizing TikTok's features like Duets, Reactions, and Effects

They're not shadow banned but there is a learning process that the algorithm goes through

Yes, it's common for fresh TikTok accounts to get low views early on. TikTok tests new content cautiously. However, if all videos stay under 100 views consistently, it could be a soft shadowban—possibly from device/IP history, reused content, or rapid posting. Try switching device, IP, and varying content style.

Pretty common with fresh accounts. TikTok is stricter with new profiles to fight spam and botting, just make sure you warm your account properly before posting content.

Yes, new TikTok accounts often face limited reach at first as the algorithm tests for authenticity and consistency. Even with solid content, trust is built over time through regular posting and engagement

It's normal for a new Tiktok account. Tiktok needs time to "understand" your accounts. Keep posting good content and optimize SEO for better result.

Good day New TikTok accounts often face limitations. Users have reported being unable to follow, like, or comment immediately after account creation, with some experiencing restrictions lasting up to two weeks. Such limitations are typically due to TikTok's automated systems flagging new accounts as potential bots or spam. Engaging in rapid actions like mass following or using inconsistent IP addresses can trigger these restrictions. To avoid these issues, it's advisable to gradually build activity, maintain consistent device and IP usage, and post original content early.

Normally, new accounts will not get any ban. Tiktok are going through the understanding phase of you to bring your channel to the right users. Be patient for a while and update with the trend, everything will be fine.

Not at all. Sometimes videos in new account also go viral. It is not random. It depends on initial response of viewers from suggested audience.

It's pretty common for new accounts to start slow. The platform takes time to learn your content and audience. Don't stress about a 'shadowban' yet. Keep posting regularly, experiment with different hooks and content types, and look at what's performing well in your niche. Consistency and adapting are more important than initial views. Stick with it for a few weeks before drawing conclusions.
