Are my SEO methods still up to date?

Hello Everyone,
This is what i used to use last year for SEO. I've taken a little time out and now come back to find its ALL CHANGED! Please see below my methods before. Could you guys tell me whats still working, whats not and what needs to be added to the list.

Hopeful this thread can help out others too

1) Domain Name- Keyword must be in domain name
2) Meta Title- keyword must be in Meta title at least once (max of 4 keywords in meta title)
3) Meta Keyword- Meta keyword contains keyword and other high traffic low comp keywords
4) Meta Description- Meta description contains keyword and other high traffic low comp keywords
5) H1 Tags Keyword must be in H1 tag and H2 and H3
6) Paragraph- keyword must be near the beginning of the first sentence per paragraph
7) Paragraph end- Keyword must be in the last sentence of each paragraph
8 Keyword Density- There should be an overall keyword density of each post of 3% (use right click on website and then press view keyword density tool to see current density.
9) Internal anchor link- Keyword needs to act as an anchor link to another internal page of site
10) Authority anchor link- use keyword as an anchor link to an authority site
11) Image tags- Optimise images with tags
12)Bold Keyword- make sure keyword is either bold, underlined or italized in the post
13) Post length- make sure the post on the page is over 450 words and max 1000
14) Post style of writing- Make sure its tightly written around the keyword
15) Attracta.com- go to attracta.com and follow the 4 step process
16) Backlinks- Buy high quality backlinks to the website using the keyword
17) Pingler- go to pinler.com to ping website
18) DMOZ- submit website to DMOZ
19) SEO friendly domain- Have an SEO friendly domain name after .com e.g. mydomain.com/SEO-Friendly-New-Page
20) Create a blog article and post on the website. The go to ping that article using the same time on ping websites

Indexing Website easily and quickly
Reddit.com
Digg.com
Submit articles
Ping

• Pingoat.com
• Pingler.com
• Pingomatic.com

Update the index page with fresh content all the time (this keeps the spiders coming back to crawl)
Don?t put up half finished website otherwise it could be deemed as bad quality

Seems like you are on old hand but most of what you have quoted is White Hat which is the slowest and safest way to do SEO on a website...

Perhaps you have a few points that are Black Hat as you opened the thread in Black Hat SEO...

Looking to do some blackhat seo to help with the serps. I've just heard that seo these days needs to be done slowly otherwise you get punished! Is that right? please feel free to add to the list

Jasona - the best way for you to see what works is to go to Services for Sale section, find succesfull threads with many positive reviews ON THE END of thread and to either purchase it or duplicate the method (most services are giving what you get in OP).
For onsite you might use WooRank (1 report a day is free).

I have learned a lot today from this forum

One thing I didn't see pointed out was content quality, presentation, and usefulness. Think about this scenario:

Video doesn't help a site rank better on its own (Google can't watch the video and discover what it is about), but if the video is engaging and useful people will stay on the page longer and are less likely to go back to Google and perform the same search again or click a different result. This means your site will rank better because Google will see that it is more useful than other sites where people click, view for 5 seconds, then go back and click on a different page search engine result.

The page with the high bounce rate gets penalized while your site with more engaging content gets promoted, even if it may not have all the other "on page seo" factors as good as they can be.

pretty much SEO still the same but be careful with automation tools. I rather do it manually these days and I ditch old sites too. It's easier to rank new sites rather than old sites that were hit by panda/penguin/whatever updates

You are doing Whitehat. If you prefer blackhat, try hovering to BST zone.

seo is same always, There are quite few changes like emd slap, over-optimization of anchors, etc. Just follow the new updates and change the tactics slightly.

Most of the previous works like web2.0 properties and second tier blastings are still working. Just need to diversify the anchors and prepare good on seo technique.

some still works, but you need to keep updated with latest improvements in the SEO field.
