Are mods able to read what we write without posting?

Sometimes I use the textbox of this forum to write list of groceries to buy, save some useful porn links for later or simply write down my thoughts about my personal life, I left this tab open and I eventually check it, of course I don't hit the ''post'' button.

I don't know why I got this habit, I assume it's because this forum system is not so common anymore, it would be hard to do that on social media.

Anyway, are mods able to read it? I got privacy concerns about it, I'd just like to confirm if mods can just read what we publish or if they can read what we write and don't publish, thanks

I believe it best to be transparent with the community about what we can and can't do.

Technically, an in-house staff member might be to see a draft, but it's very unlikely that they would even come across the draft in the first place. For one, logs are kept for anyone who uses that specific tool, and even when that tool is used, the staff member would have to know specifically what subforum you saved the draft in. It would just be too tedious and time-consuming for anyone to actually bother with, and if an in-house employee abused that ability, it would be stripped away from them immediately.
