I was thinking to develop small games and publish them on playstore. I was wondering if anyone here had any success with this.
Thats good to hear. Do you create games from scratch or reskin them?I have been doing so from long time, they are more profitable then website at some point.
Good for you. I was thinking to create a game from scratch.Reskin - Grow - Sell
Yes, true but I guess there is competition everywhere nowadays.Essentially everything can be profitable if you stand a chance of being competitive.
Wal-Mart is profitable, but launching a competitor brand would be tough.
You mean either I should work on a big game idea or try something else?Small games not going to do much, try some other apps.

Continuously refining their games based on player feedback, they are steadily pursuing their goal to become the most player-centric games company in the world.Total Kolibri Games mobile app revenue in May 2021 was $2m, including $800k for iOS apps and $1m for Android apps. Total mobile app downloads for Kolibri Games was 3m, including 600k iOS app downloads and 2m Android app downloads. Kolibri Games has a total of 14 apps, including 7 iOS apps, and 7 Android apps. Thanks for the inspiration.Yes without a doubt, I know it's not a small android game but I would look into Kolibri Games and their Idle games.

I think I read somewhere that the mobile game industry is right now the most profitable in the entire industry (video games), much more than computers and consoles. So I think there’s a lot of money to be made, just not as easy as it was in 2010 since there’s a ton of competition. If I was going to develop a mobile app or game I’d choose the AppStore over android though since it’s MANY times more profitable.I was thinking to develop small games and publish them on playstore. Excuse my ignorance, when you say "Reskin" you mean you get a cracked version and change some textures/models or you really build a clone of some game, using different textures/models?Reskin - Grow - Sell
