You know these recopilation of 30 high pr pages who dofllw even if they are not related with your niche

useful if you use branded anchor text to your homepage. Don't use exact match, LSI, or partial anchor text if the website is not related to your niche.

Just then High DA backlinks useful than the website have the clean and relevant backlink profile

as said ... is usefull to increase your DA but that means nothing

Yes, it's helpful to diversify link profile, also it's help to increase DA

Relevancy is a must nowdays, if you really want the backlink, try to have an article that is related to the backlink's niche, and try to have some common facts and infos between the two niches, this way you make it more blended and related

Also high PR?
^^ This.

I mean, you go to Google, search for "SEO" and read articles from 2012? :) DA is worthless as a metric.
For me most of them are 2015+ which should have dropped this metric by then surely :D All these newbie ebooks for sale on amazon i'm sure.
Same reason as you still find a few sellers still refer to PR9 links ?
It's your job to stop them on this site ;)

Links from pages with good metrics in general, not just DA, are very beneficial.
I don't particularly care about relevancy if the metrics are good

I still see some gurus referring to PR, when there hasn't been a PR metric published in what 10 years and even so it was skewed PR on purpose to mislead SEOs.

Maybe they'll sell all those juicy PR 0 sites like Snapchat.com, Airbnb.com and Twitter.com cheaper then :D

Those are great examples indeed of how useless this metric has become.

Of course Google has internal PR metrics which are accurate. We simply don't have access to those.

For sure, they actually recently made changes to their patent so maybe we'll see a return
