Been hearing advertisement networks are disallowing this sort of activity. Curious if people are still making $$$.

People are still doing it but you are right - Ad networks can ban you if they find out. If you are serious about doing it, then use a cloaking solution.

CPAgrip apparently still allows it and I think adworksmedia does to. That's what I've heard at least.

Pin submit advertisers have cracked down tremendously in FR so the amount of campaigns have decreased. I'd recommend not doing anything that could risk your payment or relationship with the network.

Then use a cloaking solution. If you are serious about doing it, people are still doing it but you are right.

For Fr pins are imported what receive people after completing survey! Give an ebook and it's ok
I use this method and works fine
