Are FR pin submits + game hacks still alive?

CPAgrip apparently still allows it and I think adworksmedia does to. That's what I've heard at least.

Pin submit advertisers have cracked down tremendously in FR so the amount of campaigns have decreased. I'd recommend not doing anything that could risk your payment or relationship with the network.
