Are Facebook groups worth any money nowadays?

I see on the Want To Buy forum that many people are looking for groups
It depends on many factors such as number of members, interaction and activity rate, group topic, group history...
You can view offers from buyers and sellers who have the same group topic as you

Not in my opinion. Reach is super dead and spamming is on a whole another level :(

it depends on many factors: niche, interaction rate, visits, number of posts per day

IT depends on the group topic, number of members, number of posts, level of interaction. If you have 2 groups I think you should keep it to make money instead of selling it

It depends on the group's niche. Get the group engaging by posting useful content and once you notice a rise in the level of engagement, you can then get an affiliate link related to your niche and attach to each of your subsequent post. That way, you can monetize the group by leveraging your existing audience.

It will depend on the topic and number of group members. More important is the conversion rate of that group.

If the group is money, forex for example. Then I would even consider buying such a group.

There are many virtual groups that have virtual members buffed up. Want to know whether your group is worth the money or not depends on the number of real members and their interaction in that group. What is its topic? Can generate revenue when selling products?

It will depend on the topic of the group, the amount of interaction if the group has a high amount of interaction will be fine

The identification for your fb group depends on the number of interactions and the quality of members in that group. Have you checked your channel's interactions yet?

Yes, they are still valuable and you can know the worth of each if you have good engagement in terms of likes, comments and shares.

I build and sell groups and have sold well over 50.

There are some things to consider when determining what you can charge.

1) Engagement. Without engagement the group is like buying a brick.
2) Niche. If your niche is something obscure, it will not attract many buyers so you do want it to be a little broad or one that people are interested in on a fairly large scale.
3) Growth. If the group is stagnant, or growing very slowly, there is little upside for the buyer.
4) Monetization. If you are monetizing it, then you have something there. I rent the banner space, the pinned post and also slip in my own offers in my groups (I only have 14 or so now) and I also send out a greeting to them with a thanks for joining, please be sure to check out one of our sponsors, and link to a monetization method of my own.

It is hard to give you a dollar amount as to their value because you have all those factors to consider and without detailed information, which you should not share in a public forum, so offering you a number would be without any real basis.

Of course, depends on the content and the interaction in those 2 groups. Post it on this forum and many ppl will come to you

Making money from Facebook groups is also an effective way to increase income because it easily attracts members with similar interests and meets many needs...

They will buy based on the number of group members. If the group is active, the price will be higher.
