Are Content Lockers Still a Thing? How should I monetize this page?

I have a gaming cheats/hacks page from a few years ago that recently started getting traffic. It's getting a few hundred views a day. I have adsense on the page but am only making a couple dollars a day. I think in the past I used a content locker to lock the cheats page but I'm not sure if these are still a thing, or even really payout (i hear a lot of networks are scammy and don't track content lockers properly).

Any suggestions?

What's the go to build now? Back then I had something like "Hosting these resources gets expensive, please ensure you are not a robot by completing one offer", but I think that is a bit dated. Any suggestions?

I would say go with ogads don't even bother with other networks they all are trash tbh.
Ogads is the best in the content locking,no network even come close to it.

Say something like that and use the captcha locker with OGads if possible.
