I made 4000$ on 2 university in 2 weeks. Imagine with 300 000 people ...
The big problem here is the copyright issue. Of course it's illegal to print the University name on a T-shirt

You can build a website about scholarships. Add adsense and cpa banners. Send them emails with link to your website and wait for it
