Are ccTls rankable globally?

Are cctlds rankable globally the same way gtlds are? Basically I have this domain degree dot dk, but I wanted to target the USA and UK students who want to study in Denmark?

Would I still be able to rank with this domain and be seen by people not living in Denmark?

First, remove the domain name. You don't want your site to get doxxed here.

And yes. There's really nothing stopping you to rank it in the US/UK or other English Speaking countries just because of your cctld. Make sure you have English content and are serving English for the right locales.
